Why pay for Watch when portals are free?
Portals show asking prices, in Latvian, one at a time. Watch monitors nearly everything listed in Latvia plus every court auction, in English, with register facts attached — what the building actually sells for, not what the seller hopes. At €19 a month, one saved trip to Rīga pays for a year of it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — subscriptions are month to month, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, from the Workspace, no calls needed.
How do bundles and the Snapshot credit work?
Bundles are one-time purchases — no subscription — valid 6 months, usable on any properties. A €69 Snapshot is fully credited against the full report on the same property within 14 days, so exploring never costs extra.
What’s the member discount exactly?
Watch and Finder members buy every one-off report at 10% off list price, applied automatically at checkout.
How does the refund promise work?
If your report contains nothing material you didn’t already know, tell us within 14 days of delivery why — what you already knew, and where the report added nothing. We read it, and if you’re right, we refund the full price. We can afford this promise because the registers almost always surprise people.
Do you handle commercial property or portfolios?
