Who you are contracting with

Site Radar is operated by SIA MOOSE, registered in Latvia, Reg. No. 40203113640, Rīga. Contact: info@siteradar.lv. Using the site or ordering a report means you accept these terms.

What the service is

Site Radar reads Latvia’s public property registers and market listings and reports what they say about one property, in English. The map and search are open to anyone with an account; reports and dossiers are paid, per property.

Your account

Accounts are personal. Keep your sign-in link and password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account, and you should tell us at once if you suspect misuse. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Orders, prices and payment

Every price shown on this site is in euro and includes Latvian VAT. The price that binds is the one shown on the order summary at checkout. Reports are paid before delivery; subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the paid period.

Delivery times run from payment: Property Snapshot within the hour, Buyer Report in 24 hours, Site Merits Dossier in 48 hours. If the registers are unavailable or the property cannot be identified, we tell you and refund rather than guess.

Refunds

If a Buyer Report or a Dossier turns up nothing material — no risk, no encumbrance, no valuation gap worth acting on — tell us within 14 days and we refund it in full. A Property Snapshot you upgrade to a fuller report within 14 days on the same property is credited in full against that report.

Because a report is prepared for you specifically and delivered as a digital file, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts ends once we begin work with your agreement. The refund promise above is given on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them.

Report disclaimer

Site Radar is not a certified valuation bureau and its reports are not certified valuations, legal advice, tax advice or investment advice. A report is an independent research service: it states what public registers and market evidence show on the date it is produced, and argues a view from them. Figures — value corridors, cost estimates, capacity indications — are indicative.

Registers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Verify anything you are going to act on, and take professional advice before signing. Where a lender, a court or a notary requires a certified valuation, you will need a certified valuer; we are happy to say so in advance.

Acceptable use

Use Site Radar for your own property research or that of your client. Do not scrape, resell or bulk-extract the data, do not republish reports as your own work, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or use it to break the law.

Data sources and intellectual property

Register data, listings and sold-price records come from public sources and remain the property of their owners; we provide analysis, structure and links. The reports themselves, the site and its design are ours — you get a licence to use a report you paid for, including sharing it with your advisers and counterparty.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Latvian law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury. Subject to that, our liability arising from a report or a subscription is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the day you order. Latvian law governs, and the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction.
