Privacy policy
We keep the minimum we need to sign you in, take your order and deliver your report. We do not sell data, and we do not track you across the web.

Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is SIA MOOSE, Reg. No. 40203113640, Rīga, Latvia — the company behind Site Radar. For anything on this page, write to info@siteradar.lv.
What we collect
- Account — your email address, an optional password (kept only as a secure hash), and the sign-in links we issue.
- What you save — saved searches, alert zones and favourites you create.
- Orders — the property you asked about, the options you chose, the amount, and any company or VAT details you give us for the invoice.
- Technical logs — IP address, browser and timestamps, kept to keep the service secure and to diagnose faults.
Card details never reach us: payments are handled by our payment provider, and we store only the reference and the outcome.
Why, and on what basis
- To sign you in and run the service you asked for — performance of a contract.
- To produce, deliver and invoice the report you ordered — contract, plus the legal obligation to keep an accounting record.
- To send the alerts and emails you switched on — your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
Property data is not data about you
Site Radar works from public registers and public listings. That material describes properties, transactions and companies, not our visitors, and is presented as the registers state it. If you believe a page shows personal data about you that should not be there, write to us and we will look at it.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that make the service work: our hosting, our transactional email provider, and our payment provider. They act on our instructions under contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account is active, and then on request we delete it. Order and invoice records are kept for the period Latvian accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short retention window and then discarded.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, export, deletion or restriction of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest — email us and we action it. You may also complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
Cookies
One essential cookie keeps you signed in, and one remembers your display preferences. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
