Registered State Land Service sale prices, painted two ways: by administrative district, and — for apartments — on the 250 m grid our reports price a property against. Every shape carries its own count, its own range and its own window, and a district with fewer than 15 registered house sales is hatched rather than given a figure. Showing Soviet-era buildings, built 1945–1992 only.
